Legal Video Rates
Our legal video production services include media (USB/SD cards if needed) and multiple file format delivery (additional time may apply).
Base fee (2 hours + setup and teardown included)
Billing begins upon arrival on location and ends when the videographer goes off the record.
Additional hour (billed after the 15 minute mark)
Depositions over 8 hours / weekends / holidays / after hours
After hours refers to any hours outside of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
Video conferencing and live streaming
Video conferencing and live streaming is available for your deposition for an additional $175.00 per deposition (technical specifications required)
Picture in Picture / Second Camera
Add a Second Camera or a document camera for an additional $100.00 per hour to your video production. A second camera can be used when you want one camera on the witness and another camera on a sign language interpreter, exhibits, or the taking attorney. Both images can be merged into a single "split-screen" image in post production if desired.
Travel Time
No charge for the first 1 hour of travel.
$50.00 per hour travel time beyond Brownsville, Texas. Travel charges can be waived for multiple day assignments however hotel charges may apply.
Cancellation Fee
Same day cancellation up until two hours of scheduled deposition start time, is half the minimum rate, or $150.00. The full minimum rate of $375.00 will apply if the cancellation is within two hours of the scheduled deposition start time.
Conference Room (per hour)
Subject to availability.
Day in the Life Film Production
One camera package (audio and lighting included) and two crew members and editing included in cost, Titles, graphics and music may represent additional costs.
Half Day
Three (3) hour shoot, consecutive legal video production
Full Day
Five (5) Hour shoot, consecutive legal video production
